The work of the service road next to the newly built Railway over bridge on Old PB (Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj over Bridge) road has begun. The railways is doing the work after the initial yes and no, the railways has agreed to build the service road on both sides.
Currently the stretch of the road from Jija Mata circle upto the gate has been undertaken. The entire road has big potholes and mud which becomes very slippery after the rains, hence all the residents and businessmen there asked the authorities to make a good service road.
Infact the road should have been built before the rains, but even now the said work can be completed before the arrival of heavy showers.
