Late on Thursday night, a tragic incident occurred in Marihal village, Belagavi. A young man, Mahtesha Rudrappa Karlinganwar (23), was brutally stabbed to death by a group of four to five youths.
The motive behind this heinous crime is believed to be old enmity, although the exact reason remains unclear.
The authorities wasted no time in responding to this tragedy. Crime Branch DCP PV. Sneha and Inspector from Marihal visited the scene of the crime to conduct a thorough inspection. The killers are currently being sought after, and a case has been registered at Marihal police station.
