The Book Yogyathwa: Simple Access to Powerful Leadership has been authored by T.N. Seshan, Bala V. Balachandran and Nixon Fernando who studied in Belagavi.
The Book discusses about the concepts in Leadership and has been co-authored by Nixon Fernando along with former chief of the Election Commissioner T.N. Seshan and Bala V. Balachandran; Founder Dean of Great Lakes Institute of Management and Prof Emeritus at the Kellogs School of Management, USA.
Nixon studied in St.Paul’s high school Camp (1975-85) and then completed his Bachelors degree in Science from R L Science Institute, Belagavi in 1987 later on he completed his M.Sc from Karnataka university.
Nixon is an all-rounder with varied interests. Opportunities for the study of Spirituality, Indian History, Sports and Culture, Mind Science, Personality Development, Government and management, besides Science, has led to the application of this diverse understanding to the pressing problems of India and the world.
Currently he works as a Lecturer at Great Lakes Institute of Management Chennai. He has also authored a couple of more books like Tragedy of Farmers’ Suicides in Vidarbha: A Lesson and a Ray of Hope.
