Aslam Mulla (40), Mohammad Mulla (35), Sadiq Doni (42), S. Muktar (35) and M. Yunus (34) were arrested by the police after a complaint was given to the police of black mail and threatening.
Students of a college were trapped by these imposter journos to be reporters of a crime daily and tried to extort money stating they they have VDOs of the students involved in illegal activities.
After the complaint was received by the APMC police station swift action was taken these 5 were arrested.
A few of the arrested already have a few cases of extortion against them source said.
