  1. When its about our country its always a proud moment but also educate the people on the expense incurred.
I read in an article that flag wont be hoisted on daily basis at the border as the flag wont last for long because of high-velocity wind that flows at high altitude. And frequent replacement of the flag requires huge amount (in lakhs).
Has the government did thorough ground work on this and thought about it? who will bear the expense? (Surely not the common man)
Bottom line is it should not be a dead investment as crores of rupees shall be spent on its installation.

Also the installation of flag post should not harm the birds residing in the lake premises.
    Hope everything is taken care.

  2. The importance of the size doesn’t make a difference rather than achieving our goals to improving our infrastructure. I’m a proud Belgaumite and Indian living in Australia. Though I’ve lived most of my life in Pune, Maharashtra, I would like to see my hometown surpass other Cities in many areas of development. If only, we all can work towards it. Hat’s off to all the hard working Belgaumites.
