At last after a couple of deaths and more patients coming up for treatment the District health & family welfare department yesterday confirmed that there is Dengue breakout in Belgaum. Â
 Dengue and Chikan Guniea patients are on a rise in the city and doctors are advising to take vaccinations.Â
