Most of the land sequences of movie Bombay to Goa were shot in Belgaum

We did most of the land sequences in Belgaum(now Belagavi), said Amitabh Bachchan in a story published Anniversary special ON MARCH 3, 1972, the comedy road movie Bombay To Goa was released, reports the https://www.easterneye.biz/

The story has a quote –

“We decided to do all the bus sequences on a back projection screen in a Madras [now Chennai] studio, and did most of the land sequences in Belgaum,” Bachchan said.
