18 Crores for 10-day Belagavi legislature session from December 4

The state Legislature session is scheduled to take place from December 4th in Belagavi at the Suvarna Vidhan Soudha. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has been entrusted with the responsibility of making the final decision, as discussed in the last cabinet meeting. This ten-day session was confirmed by Karnataka Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, H K Patil, who informed reporters after the cabinet meeting.

During the meeting, the cabinet also approved the allocation of ₹18 crore for the session. The Social Welfare Department will be responsible for organizing this event.

Furthermore, the cabinet has decided to host a national-level conference on the Indian Constitution on November 26th. This conference, known as the Constitution and National Integration Conference, will be held as part of the Constitution Day celebrations. Once again, ₹18 crore has been allocated for the organization of this event, which will also be coordinated by the Social Welfare Department, according to Patil.
