The Directorate General Civil Aviation (DGCA) has recently released data regarding the footfall at Belagavi Airport in April 2023. The report indicates that a total of 18,900 passengers passed through the airport during this period.
Interestingly, the data also reveals that the Bengaluru-Belagavi route was the busiest among all nine routes, with 7,527 passengers and 0.8 tonnes of cargo movement in the same month.
