With the Doubling of Railway line completed between Desur & Belagavi (10.8 Km) 56 Km out of 186 Km (30%) of Londa to Miraj line is doubled.

Speed trial was conducted as part of a Statutory inspection of the doubling of the Railway track between Belagavi and Desur( 10.8 Km) on 04/05/2022.

Authorization to operate passenger services on the newly laid double line has been received.
