36 new cases reported on Sunday

36 new cases have been reported for COVID-19 on Sunday while 24 persons have been discharged.

Active cases have now risen to 213 with total deaths tallying to 344.

In Karnataka in the past 24 hours 3082 new cases have been reported.

On 19 March 2021, 37 new cases were reported.

This is the second highest single day spike in March 2021.

139 new cases have been added in the past 7 days.

  1. It is unfortunate that covid cases are increasing. This is due to our negligence & ‘chalata hai” type approach. Now really we have to take it seriously. It is responsibility of all the l citizens. Administration should also start preparations like arranging Beds at Dist hospitals & at private hospitals, preparation of isolation centres, streamlining of oxygen supplies, provision of dedicated Ambulances making availability of emergency medicines & all necessary arrangements. Administration should inform to public everyday about updates on these facilities. .last year we had very bad experience & hope everybody has learnt from that & try to fight this pandemic in a systematic way.

  2. First close the school and colleges ,it is not at all practical to practice so called social distancing and other SOPs especially in schools
    Than we will think of other areas
