Commissioner of police has cleared that we had already informed the mandals not bring dolby systems in procession and the police officers had also instructions to stop if any found. But some mandals had not adhered to these the instructions, hence action has been initiated said a release.

Cases have been filed at Market (1), APMC (1), Mal Maruti (1), Khade Bazar (2), Belaagvi Rural (1).

The cases have been booked for the sound being too loud over and above the prescribed decibels.

    • Typical drama “Police hamesha climax mein hi ati hai”…. They knew the path, the associations, social workers, people/madals participating etc. This was not a personal procession and every police person knew what was happening all around. In fact police themselves were helping out and everything went smoothly…now why to create such nonsense after three four days. We definitely expect law and order to be implemented that too strictly but in this case they should have controlled or restricted the madals at the entrance itself. Now, it looks that they want to convert this into something else what they usually do …..

Why police had not taken action at the site . It seems police are just wating for the disobiedence to happen. Then act like smart police.
Police action in these cases ( for all dolby related cases) seems that they want show that they are trying to enforce the rules made by them.
