Being Familiar with School Policies: Learn about the school’s procedures for dealing with and preventing sexual harassment. Understand the reporting processes and the handling of occurrences. During the orientation program, ask the schools to give all staff members detailed information.

Encourage Reporting: Make sure your kids are aware that they can come to you or a trustworthy teacher with any situation of sexual harassment. Assure them that you are on their side and will take the necessary action.
