A shocking incident of violence has left an Anganwadi helper, critically injured at Basurte village in Belagavi Taluka.
On January 1st, the Anganwadi helper was brutally attacked near the Anganwadi center, sustaining severe facial injuries. According to reports, the attack stemmed from an incident involving children picking flowers.
The Anganwadi helper is currently battling for her life at a private hospital in the city. Her family is understandably distraught by this horrific attack.
The Kakati police have registered a case and are investigating the matter. However, concerns have been raised about the delay in apprehending the perpetrators.
