As per regulatory filing, the company had submitted Bid to the National Highways Authority of India in respect of the Project viz. ‘Request for Proposal for Construction of 6 laning from Belagavi to Sankeshwar Bypass from Km. 515+000 to Km. 555+017 of NH-48 in the state of Karnataka on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Package-I)’.
Further, the Company has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) and the quoted Bid Price of the Project is Rs829.49cr.

The Hidkal Cross near Hattargi Toll plaza will have a trumpet interchange towards the Hidkal dam.
The trumpet interchange allows for the interchange of secondary two-way streets to a multi-lane roadway with minimal traffic mix. It takes the place of a T-intersection which is often used when a roadway ends at the intersection of another roadway.

This has been already approved as SC issues a notice after the death of the doctors in a horrific accident last year, NHAI and NICE have agreed to start work earlier than the contract expiry of NICE, which is may be 2023.
