Commissioner of Police yesterday conducted a live demonstration of DJ and also measured the sound, and now only sound up to75 decibels will be allowed on the day of Ganesh Visarjan.
Various representatives of the Ganesh Mandals were present during the demonstration held on the police ground.
It was decided that sound from DJ system will not cross the 75 decibels mark, and if any mandal violates this they will have to face action as per law.
Two Tops and one base will be allowed.
