Belagavi also put on High alert

Bengaluru and major town in the state have been put on ‘high alert’ from Friday evening, with increased visibility of police forces across the city following intelligence inputs about a terror attack. 

According to Commissioner of Police Belagavi Lokesh Kumar, even Belagavi is on high alert and the police have taken steps and increased the presence of the forces in the city he said.

Vigilance around star hotels, railway station, Bus stand, cinema halls and among other places, was scaled up and deployment of security personnel was increased.

The commissioner has requested the citizens not to panic and if they find anyone or anything suspicious, they must immediately inform the police for swift action.

Private security should conduct thorough checks before allowing visitors while random checks should be carried out at lodges, hotels, police added.

  1. What’s gonna happen? Please let us inform what’s wrong y alert such that precautions can be taken by citizens. No Citizens must be harmed or life loss at any cost keep them safe at any cost. Be responsible take initiatives.

  3. Don’t ask the police n forces what kind of threat. Order is given by the Sir Commissioner just obey n fallow it n share it
