Suresh Angadi member of Parliament Belagavi in a press briefing at his residence today claimed that Belagavi has been included in Phase 3 of UDAN.
The SAVE IXG group, which includes an array of people from various backgrounds from frequent fliers, industrialists, Bankers, Social workers are very positive that IXG, that is Belagavi has been included in the list submitted by the ministry of civil aviation to the Minister.
As of now, Suresh Angadi has confirmed the same that Belagavi has been included in the final list.
The SaveIXG group pro-actively acted upon its own to get the voice heard at the top most level in Delhi.
Even delegations from here had gone and met the minister’s and secretary of the ministry of civil aviation and they were convinced that Belagavi must be included in UDAN 3.
Should the word “Claim”should be taken as definitely included ?

Belgaum is already getting destroyed in the name of smart city and adding this will just worsen it more….. Think about the people living near by airport, how much they have suffer! We have to try to stop deforestation in our green city, have to try to restore it’s beauty instead of doing this thing which will ease only few people in the city to travel. Locals are not benefitted with such plans.
Please think practicality of present not of future.
Dear Angadi Sir, if you come across this, then I’d like to highlight there are many problems in the villages nearby peeranwadi and VTU. Try to solve them rather than this UDAN scheme. Many people will be peaceful there.

Belgaum is only city in North Karnataka who deserve more but get less bcz our political lobbying is not somch powerful. But for this u all ppl heartly congratulations.
U PPl would have done lobbying for IIT bcz Belgaum Deserves it due to metropolitan mindset & better acceptance of ppl from Belgaum.

Congratulations! but let me tell all other cities of Karnataka or any city in India deserves more not only Belgaum. IIT has settled up where it deserves to be. Neighbour cities are getting far ahead in Infrastructure, Software firms and development than you imagine. Please explore by visiting other neighbour cities too!
Belgaum is a largest city of North KARNATAKA Belgaum airport claims to be one of the oldest airports in India I strongly suggest that Belgaum city should have an International airport in the days to come. PROFESSOR KSK BELGAUM AREA INDIA

Belgaum is treated as a step daughter compared to hubbali n dharward…I’m surprised to note that now the Sambra airport also closed down for whatever reasons bcos of which I personally faced a lot of problems…I however request the Angadi team to uplift the face of Belgaum without destroying it’s natural beauty n the charm Belgaum has…
Not any sure of Mr. Suresh Angadi because next year Lok Sabha elections will be there.So it might be just propogenda. Even though if we get UDAN scheme he will get full credit. anyway Lets hope for this….

good decision..congrats..but kindly take up matter of 6 lane broad road upto airport from city and thwrw shuold be entrance on the main road..plz take up all thia on war footing..and u should be always thinking about developmnt of belgaum.whenver a scheme is announced how best to snactch to belgaum..even v lost IIT bocz of ur lethargic attitude
