The 2nd Belgaum international Kite festival has begun at the Savagaon grounds.
Last year there was tremendous response but this time the number of people coming has dropped but the number is increasing as the day is passing. As the venue will also host the night flying many people are expected to be there in the evening.

Its very heartening to see such an international event taking place in Belgaum. As a Belgaumite feel very proud of it though can’t be physically present for the event.
My warm regards for the organizers, the participants and the audience of Belgaum.
