There was a lot of hue and cry that patients are not getting any beds who are COVID positive and there was a demand that the hospitals declare each the number of vacant beds.
The BIMS Belagavi has started this from a couple of days and as per the report of 28/08/2020 at 10 BIMS has a total of 740 beds for COVID-19 out of which 430 are vacant.
430 beds are vacant as of 10 AM on 28/08/2020.
- 310 are oxygen beds
- 430 Non oxygen beds
