Raju Doddabommannavar aged 46 of Bastwad was brutally murdered near Bhavani Nagar Mandoli road.
According to the police miscreants splashed chilli powder while he was travelling and then attacked him with sharp weapons.
The deceased is a realtor and has been engaged in various works in the irrigation department
He was attacked at 6 am while he was on his way to the hospital where his wife is admitted.
