BUDA plans Dormitory, Complexes, Gardens

The Belagavi Urban development authority plans to spend 107 crore which it has been allocated under the fiscal year.

It plans to build a Dormitory or Dharmashala for the attendants of patients at Civil Hospital at a cost of Rs. 6 crore.

A convention centre either at Kumarswamy Layout or Ramteerth Nagar.

Mini commercial complexes in all BUDA localities at a cost of 4 Crores.

Day care centre at BUDA premises for senior citizens

1 crore have been reserved for the Belagavi one and Karnataka one centre

2.5 crores will be spent under PPP model to build two gardens

Welcome arches at 4 locations of the city

157 acres of land in Kanbargi will be developed at a cost of 35 crore

    It is criminal waste of money to build arches and outdated fashion instead increase civic amenities and sports facilities

    (Welcome arches at 4 locations of the city) Not a Good step,
    Instead of this concentrate on adding, basket ball court, Volley Ball court, Tennis court, skating ground, more of swimming pools, ground water harvesting Gardens, Musical Gardens.
    This all can be accommodated such steps one each in one extensions areas.
