There is a heavy demand for a train from SMVB/Yeswantpur to Hazrat Nizamuddin via Hubballi, Belagavi & PUNE.
Accordingly, it is proposed for the introduction of a new Daily Rajdhani Express train between Yeswantpur-Nizamuddin via UBL, BGM & PUNE.
The actual day of the journey will be shared later.

It is requested to accord feasibility for introduction of a new train between SBC area to NZM as per the above details. Railway board is requested to intervene in the above subject for introduction of new daily Rajdhani Express train between YPR-NZM-YPR, via UBL. BGM & PUNE

The Sad part of the Story and also Surprising is that the Central Karnataka has the weakest Railway Infra Structure. The Extent of weakness of Railway Infra Structure in Central Karnataka is so much so that it has become a laughing Stock. Still to Add to the Agony to the Railway Infrastructure is it is more backward than the backward states of India. Introduction of Double Track ,Railway Electrification should have been done long Back .The same is the case of the Introduction of Rajdhani Express. The Work of Railway Electrification of Miraj-Londa Section is Lingering even for a Single Track. Leave aside Doubling and Electrification.God knows when it will be completed.

Unfortunately Central Karnataka has the weakest Railway Infrastructure .The weakness is to the extent that it is more weak than the Backward States of India. Central Karnataka was a neglected state in terms of Railway Infrastructure and an awe is expreseed by people of other states when entered into discussions with them.
The Railway Electrification and Doubling has done some Good to Central Karnataka to some extent in the recent years but definately not up to the mark. From the time of the British itself Railway in Central Karnataka was a metergauge but was recently converted to Broad gauge in very recent years.
The Train like Rajdhani Express to Delhi and other trains via Hubli,Belgaum should have been introduced long back. Even after ages it is still under proposal. There was a set back in central karnataka for Non Avaibality of Broad Gauge gauge even it being viable. The Railway Electrification and Doubling of Railway lines on Miraj-Londa Section is still lingering. The Railway Electrification even of a Single Track is at Snail pace.God knows after how many years the Miraj-Londa Section will be completed.
