The objective of this Project aims at interrelationship between Art & Culture and mass tourism module. The aim is to develop a pattern recreating the cluster of diversity, reflecting the Indian villages, where tourists and visitors from world over are able to experience villages from all zones of India, experience the local talent, art, culture, tradition and values about that part of India. The project development is envisaged to boost the tourist foot fall at a regional level.

Our country is culturally very diverse and it is this quality that intrigues and draws visitors from far and wide. Varied topography, architectural styles, culture, art, and various other factors have created a melting pot and made our country what it is.

The real essence of India is felt in its rural villages where different tribes have developed their own architectural, cultural and artistic styles due to the above mentioned factors and continue to thrive and grow as a community.

There are however, a few cultures that are on the brink of extinction due to modernization, the unavailability of authentic materials, lack of skilled labour, etc. A lack of awareness is also a major cause for cultural deterioration and hence, we feel that recreating a cluster of villages will help educate and empathize the masses.

  1. I feel with all these projects ” vat lavnar aahet ” of the huge natural property of the vaccine depot. Lungs of Belagavi hit by corona?

  2. Why dont they just leave Natural Habitats untouched… what are we gonna do with cultural heritage when we dont have natural resourses to fall back on…? This place is home to some of the rarest birds and other small fuana… If they really want to preserve the culture of these villages and tribes they should do so by contributing to their development not by destroying nature.

  3. ‘ Villages of India, museum’ etc., are they worthier than the natural habitats ?
Think of the various types of birds & Sr. Citizens for whom this location is a Paradise on Earth.
Rethink about the future plan in a good and advantageous way.
