Dont book innocent youth for Wednesday’s clashes

After last night’s incident of clashes between two groups, both the groups met the ADGP (Law and Order) Kamal Pant at the Market police station and both requested that innocent youth must not be booked for the violence.

Both the groups from Khadak Galli met the ADGP (Law and Order) Kamal Pant and told him that this was the third incident of stone pelting in the past 10 days.

On Thursday morning the police have taken into custody about 15 persons with regards to last night’s stone pelting and violence.

Commissioner of police has already said the matter is been investigated and on the basis of the CCTV footage and the VDO the miscreants are been identified and booked.
