It is however, not clear from the video when and where it was recorded. Sanjay Patil is the contesting Candidate of the BJP from Belagavi Rural.

As reported by NDTV, he further said, “If Lakshmi Hebbalikar (Congress candidate in Belgaum constituency) says she can build the Ram Mandir, vote for her. They will build Babri Masjid instead.
