Industries minister Murugesh Nirani said that getting investments to smaller cities as part of Beyond Bengaluru is on track and Belagavi will also see some investments.
Minister was in Belagavi to campaign along with Former CM Yediyurappa and others for the upcoming MLC elections.
On the sidelines of the campaigning speaking to the media Nirani shared information that the Sanjay Ghodwat group will set up a food processing unit in Kittur industrial area which aims to generate 500 jobs the minister added.
He further said the largest glass manufacturing company in India will set up shop at the Kanagala Industrial Area by Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited.
