The Election commission of India has re commenced the Updation of the electoral rolls of various assembly Constituencies in the state.

In batch I Belgaum Rural: Period for filing of claims and objections 1st Oct 2012 to 20th Nov 2012

In batch II : Bgm South and North: Period for filing of claims and objections 30th Oct 2012 to 29th Nov 2012.

A citizens’ portal has been created for inclusion/ modification/ deletion of names from the rolls.

One needs to go here http://www.voterreg.kar.nic.in/

Register and then once you get the login info to your mail enter your details in the prescribed form. You will also be asked to upload a photo online and there is a guideline page which is fair enough to help you.

Search Your Name In Electoral Roll

If you are Non-Resident Indians you can go here for Enrollment of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) as Electors. 
‘BelgaumOne’ counters in the city to provide integrated services to voters of Belgaum North and Belgaum South Assembly constituencies in Belgaum City Corporation limits. The counters are at Ashok Nagar, Risaldar Galli, TV Centre and BCC Shopping Complex at Goaves. People may approach these centres to register their names in the voters’ list and for related matters such as corrections, deletion, etc untill 31-12-2012.
