The Gram Panchayat Yallur has submitted a memorandum to the NHAI for a bigger Vehicular underpass on Vadgaon road which is the need foreseeing the future growth of the area and for easy movement of Agri produce including Sugar cane.
The road starts from Vadagaon up to Desur Village is the MDR (major District Road) having 80.0 wide (Yallur Road) intersecting to Belagavi Bypass at KM 4.34.
This road is busiest and plying heavy traffic movement and further distributed towards M.K.Hubali Khanapur and Desur. The said road is used for the transport of sugarcane and Agri produce.
An underpass of size 12×4.00 has been proposed on KM 4.34 which is not sufficient for the present traffic & heavy Load of Sugar cane trucks.
Hence the Gram Panchayat has requested to Construct a large size vehicle underpass (VUP) of Size 20. x 5.50 mt So that it will accommodate heavy Loaded traffic at KM 4.34 of Belagavi Bypass.
