Due to the heavy rainfall, a school holiday has been officially declared for both urban and rural areas of Khanapur, Kittur, and Belagavi taluk on Monday (July 24), as confirmed by Deputy Commissioner Nitesh Patil.
Persistent rain has been drenching these regions for the past three to four days. In order to prioritize the safety of our children, a holiday will be granted to all primary and high schools.”
