    Water logging?
    Overflowing gutters??
People wading in their own drainage/fecal matter most probably???
    Hogwash!!!!
For this is Belagavi is it not?
    SMART CITY!!!
    GOD HELP US ALL!!!
    Also…
Maratha Colony should be on that list.
Guess bathing of ones gardens, with their own well water (must be stated), is not necessary huh?

Why should such a situation of roads flooding in Belagavi ARISE ???? Who is to be blamed ?? As a old Belgaumite myself in the past century, Belgaum(Belagavi) had more than average rainfall in the rainy season starting on the dot from Ist week of June every year and it used to pour and pour for days together but never affected normal life. The flooding is due to concreting of the internal roads and choking of drainage so that the excess water cannot seep through. A usual problem…..
