IndiGo Airlines could be flying soon from Belagavi as they have advertised they are hiring for Airport operations and customer service for Belagavi Airport.
This is a very joyful announcement as with entry of Indigo we have new connections and new destinations and that too at cheap costs.

Currently, there are 8 flights and 16 operations from Belagavi where we are connected to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune.
Trujet has evinced interest in operating on the Mysuru-Belagavi routes as well under UDAN.
Indigo has Hyderabad under UDAN hence it is very likely that it would commence this route.
Sources say Indigo could commence operations as early as August 15.
So be ready to fly to more destinations.
