With an objective to introduce the Food cuisine of Jain community, Belagavi based Sarvoday Sanskar youth foundation will organise Jain food festival in Belagavi from June 24 to 26 morning 10 am to 6.30 pm at Mahaveer Bhavan, Hindwadi, Belagavi said Akshay Vadkar, Vice President of Foundation.

Jain food festival is being organised for the first time in history of Belagavi. There will be various womens groups and caterers of Jain community who will exhibit over 120 pure vegetarian food recipes. People can eat and enjoy Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarati style Jain food in the three days.
‘Aaswad Jain food recipe book’ a book of 120+ Jain food recipes will be published during festival with objective of the fest is being to share the food culture of Jain’s with other community people.
