Jan seva Mobile Covid care launched

The second wave of the pandemic has seen a large number of COVID positive cases and this has a put a lot of pressure on the existing health infrastructure.

The various NGO’s are taking up this matter and doing what ever little they can help in this situation.

RSS inspired Janaseva Covid Care Center in support with Youth for SEVA in Belagavi has come up with a novel solution to this problem of taking care of COVID patients with the launch of a Mobile covid care service, they are getting the COVID treatment to the doors of the patients.

This was a very much needed as many are isolated at home and may not have the correct medicines, the team has 4 members which includes a Doctor, nurse a volunteer and a driver.

The car is equipped with a oxygen concentrator as well just in case.

Dr Kishore said, we hope to give the best treatment to the patients which was lacking at the doors of the patients, this also boosts the morale of the patients. We basically categorize them based on the symptoms and treat them.

Each patient will have a complete follow up post covid treatment also so that recovery is complete.

Dr. Praveen will be assisting the mobile covid care treatment.

  1. This is very good initiative and I thank wholeheartedly. Further, if feasible, vaccination drive can also be taken up for those who can’t travel to the existing centres due to transportation or to avoid crowd and anxiety, that would be a great help. All the best for the initiative.
