An engineering student of GIT Belagavi and resident of Tilakwadi was missing from 17 April, she had left her house for a dinner with friends, but as she never returned, the parents had filed a complaint to the police after they received a call about her kidnapping. The police were able to trace her and her kidnappers in Gadag today.
Tilakwadi Police station has registered cases for kidnapping of Arpita Naik(23).
CPI Jadhav has confirmed that the police team formed by DCP G Radhika led by Khadebazar ACP Jaykumar and inspector Jadhav has traced them at Gadag.
