ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BIDDER DURING THE O&M PHASE
Provide a Plan to reach out to 1,00,000 Pre-Primary and Primary Students across Belagavi
Implement the reach-out plan to maximize the number of Primary and Primary Students across Belagavi to utilize the facilities
Provide a Pre-Primary and Primary Teacher Training Plan for Government Schools, Aided and Unaided schools – Training will be done on a periodic basis and fee will be collected as desired by BSCL
Provide Certificates to Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers who have undergone the training (Certificate format has to be approved by BSCL)
Provide Pre-Primary and Primary Teacher training on a regular schedule as approved by BSCL
Provide period report on all the Pre-Primary and Primary teacher training with Teachers feedback
Provide a Kids Zone Subscription plan for BSCL Approval including a fee if BSCL choose to collect a small fee
Provide Kids Zone Subscription process document
Run Literary Competitions at the e-Library or at a designated place as approved by BSCL
