Belagavi Smart City Has Deployed My Belagavi Citizen App in the Google Play , Citizens of Belagavi are Advised to make use of it.
It also has a MY GRIEVANCE button through which one can make a complaint about smart city work.
It will ask Grievance category – Sub category then the Area and then you can describe the complaint and attach an image if you have one.
Once submitted the status of the same can be tracked within the app itself.
