Young painter from Belgaum Mahesh Honule is exhibiting his paintings from December 21 at the Mahveer Bhavan Art Gallery. The exhibition aptly named “Light and Shadow” will showcase Mahesh’s art which he has played with shadows and light of trees and landscapes.
Mahesh has a degree in fine arts from Benon Smith School of Fine Arts Belgaum and he has done his exhibitions Bangalore, Kolhapur and various other places since 2003.
He has his fortay in 2d Backgrounds, Oil paintings, Water paintings, Portraits, Dry pastels, Oil pastels.
He has also won various accolades for his paintings, Gadinadu Utsav Award, Belgaum, 2006, Rastriya Mahaparva Award, Solapur, 2004, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Award, 2003,Rotary club Award, Belgaum, 2003, Rotary club Award, Belgaum, 2002.
