Smt. Mangal Suresh Angadi, Member of Parliament for Belagavi, recently met with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav to discuss the possibility of introducing new train routes from the newly renovated Belagavi station.
Mrs. Angadi requested the minister to consider adding routes to Bengaluru, Pandharpur, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Miraj, Vasco, Pune, and Ernakulam.
The Railway Minister was receptive to the idea and promised to take the necessary steps to make the new routes a reality.
He also noted that a new railway station had been constructed in Belagavi and assured Smt. Angadi that the new train routes would be established soon.
I think the most important routes should be Belgaum Pune SF , Belgaum Mysore SF ,Belgaum Mumbai express etc
