The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) has hiked the price of commonly used toned Nandini milk by Rs 3 per litre. The new price will come into effect from January 8.
Qwing to increase in fuel cost, fodder, transportation cost and other raw materials, KMF had proposed a hike of Rs.5 per liter but the Govt has given a nod for increase b Rs.3 per liter.
Even after the price hike milk is cheapest in Karnataka when compared to other states.
