New COVID19 guidelines for Karnataka

Government has announced new Unlock Guidelines that will be effective from July 19th, 6 AM (tomorrow)

Karnataka government on Sunday announced further relaxations in lockdown curbs. Now, the night curfew will be effective across the state from 10pm to 5am. Theatres and cinema halls will be allowed to open at 50% capacity. UG and PG colleges across the state will reopen from July 26.

Theatres and cinema halls are allowed to open at 50 % capacity.

UG & PG colleges allowed to open from July 26: Only for students who took at least one dose of vaccine.

Colleges and institutions pertaining to Department of Higher Education, permitted to re-open from 26/7/2021, strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behaviour and SOPs/guidelines issued by the concerned Department. Only students, teaching and non-teaching/other staff who have taken at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine will be permitted to attend the colleges/institutions. Attendance of students will be optional.

All Skill Development trainings including long term technical courses are permitted strictly adhering to COVID appropriate behaviour. Only students, teaching and non-teaching/other staff who have taken at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine will be permitted to attend the institutions.


All connecting orders pertaining to the order of even number dated 03-07-2021 and orders regarding special surveillance measures for persons coming from Maharashtra and Kerala State will continue to be in force until further orders.

    Good decision by the Government . Now the Covid should be treated as our life companion. Every Individual should have to take precautions and strictly follow the Covid rules. Then only we can defeat the virus.
