Amit Subramanyam, a research scholar under the guidance of Dr Devaraju from the Department of Business Administration at Rani Channamma University, has been honoured with the Best Research Paper Award at the 4th International Conference on Innovative Research and Development (ICIRD-2025).
The conference, held on March 5th, was jointly organized by Shinawatra International University, Thailand, and ESN Publications, India, in collaboration with the KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, India. With the theme “Shaping the Future: Trends and Insights for Tomorrow,” ICIRD-2025 was a hub for global intellectual exchange, fostering discussions on cutting-edge research.
The conference covered Emerging Technologies in Engineering, Sustainable Engineering and Infrastructure, Management, Economics and Innovation, Applied Sciences and Technology, and Healthcare Technology and Biomedical Engineering, featuring six key tracks. The event witnessed participation from 112 researchers worldwide, presenting groundbreaking studies aligned with the conference’s futuristic themes. Renowned keynote speakers from Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Ethiopia, and India further enriched the discourse.
Among the six Best Paper Awards recognizing outstanding research contributions, Mr. Subramanyam stood out for his innovative insights and scholarly excellence. His achievement was lauded by the Vice Chancellor of Rani Channamma University, Prof. C. M. Thyagaraja, along with faculty members of the Business Administration Department, who commended his dedication and academic rigour.
This recognition not only adds prestige to Mr. Subramanyam’s academic journey but also reinforces Rani Channamma University’s commitment to research excellence on a global stage.
