Even after 66 years of independence our villages lack the basic amenities such as roads. In the city the due to visit of VIPs the same roads are asphalted thrice in a year but there are some villages where the roads are never repaired.

Kudremani Gram Panchayat President Suresh Patil informed that government has sanctioned Rs 1.07 crore for carrying out the repair work of Kudremani-Vengurla road. The work had begun but was stopped mid way and no one knows why it was stopped.
