Credai Awards for Real Estate (CARE) is given by the Credai Karnataka during the Statecon for the members of Credai Karnataka. A bi-yearly extravaganza to recognize, relish and reward some of the best projects executed by the esteemed members of Credai Karnataka.
Two developers from Belagavi have bagged the award this time namely the Seven and Nitya Chaitanya.
Nitya Chaitanya (A and B Wing) At Channamma Nagar received the CREDAI Real estate awards for 2019 for the Best Residential Apartments in the category of below 50 flats. The project Nitya Chaitanya A & B wing was awarded a 5-star rating by CRISL. Chaitanya Kulkarni is the proprietor of Chaitanya Associates carrying out the construction of multi-storeyed residential apartments in and around the city of Belagavi.
The SEVEN also won the award for the best residential project above 50 dwelling units. THE SEVEN(Hanuman Nagar) is promoted by Mr. Faizan Feroz Sait and Noorani Corbel Developers Pvt. Ltd. represented by Mr. Qais Noorani (Bhavnagari).
