The work of the Shiv Shrushti (Shiva Charitra) at the Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Garden has now got a final date of inauguration for the second time and it would be inaugurated by CM’s Bommai and Yogi Adityanath as per the video released by MLA Abhay Patil.
Of all the Indian monuments, forts and palaces are the most fascinating. Most of the Indian forts were built as a defense mechanism to keep the enemy away.
The BUDA also took up this challenging work of building a replica and a garden to depict the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at the Shivaji Garden in Shahpur.
Around 10 crores have been spent on the same.
10 years taken for completion
Work started in November 2012 by the BUDA
Work should have been completed by April 2013
On 28th April 2017, the same was inaugurated by Mayor Sanjyot Bandekar even when the work wasn’t completed.
The dream project of Abhay Patil which he had started 10 years ago, has been standing strong as it is for the past 10 years and now that Mr. Patil has been re-elected as MLA, he has promised that the Shiv Shrusti would be completed and opened for public by April End.
Work was initiated by the BUDA and now again tenders were recently floated for the same.
The Shiv Shrushti (Shiva Charitra) will have lights and music shows along with life-size models and murals.
