A student who was originally from Darbahnga Bihar lost his life as he drowned in the Angol lake. Rishiraj Jha was a student of KLE Engeneering and was studying in Belgaum since last 3 years.
Rishiraj used to stay in the Angol area itself and he had entered the water along with his friends. He was a good swimmer, and his friends did try to save him but in vain.
A couple of months back in a similar accident a boy had lost his life.
