The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)-Hubli is a chapter of TiE-Global, one of the largest global non-profit organizations focused on fostering entrepreneurship to educate, inspire, mentor and fund start-up entrepreneurs.
TiE has a presence in over22 countries with over 13,000 members. TiECON is a grand annual event across TiE-Global and is the largest convention dedicated to entrepreneurs. TiECON is listed by Worth Magazine as one of the top 10 conferences for ideas and entrepreneurship along with TED and the World Economic Forum.
TiECON is the largest business conference in North Karnataka and is held every year from 2009. The pandemic has limited us in many ways but it has also given us many opportunities.
As a result, TiECON Hubli 2021 will be aired online across the world through live streaming on February 27th and 28 of 2021.

Following are the details – Pride of North Karnataka – This is an initiative honour individuals, organizations, companies, societies or eco-systems that have created incredible value consistently over the years for the people and the society of North Karnataka at large. We plan to show about 8-10 stories from different industries, like Education, Healthcare, Business, Co-operative, Art and Culture, Social Service, COVID Warriors, Music etc.
North Karnataka’s Got Talent – In the North Karnataka region, we have talent who have made Guinness Records, World Records, and National Records etc. We have talent that have performed at national and international levels. PitchHUB – A platform for idea stage, pre-revenue and post-revenue companies to pitch their business plan and raise capitalorseek strategic resources. After a rigorous 10 weeks of mentoring, 19 companies have made to the top and will be pitching to investors at TiECON. Off the 19 startups, 3 companies are from North Karnataka. Expo Alpha – The first virtual exhibition in North Karnataka, which will help exhibitors to showcase their products and services by sitting at their homes or offices.
