Ujwal Kumar Ghosh is the new DC Belagavi Deputy Commissioner Belagavi as Dr. SB Bommnhalli has been transferred.
Ghosh recently was the special officer to overlook the Assembly session in Belagavi.
An IAS from 2008 batch he has served in many districts. In Feb 2019 IAS officers Hephsiba Rani Korlapati and Ujwal Kumar Ghosh entered wedlock in a simple ceremony at the sub-registrar’s office Hubballi.
