Umadevi Topannavar, editor of Kannadamma passed away at 10: 30 p.m on 26th June at KLE Hospital.
She was in coma from 11th June, 2014 after a heart attack. Last rites would be held on Friday 27th June at Sadashiv nagar at 4 p.m.
She was the first women editor of a Kannada daily.
Amma we will miss..u may ur soul rest in peace:(
