Waiting time for appointment is beyond 23 days at Belagavi POPSK

The Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK) at the Head Post Office Camp that opened in Belagavi is evoking a good response from the passport applicants. The center which had commenced with 50 slots every day, has seen the appointment cycle hitting through the roof as the appointments have been reduced to 40 per day. 

Now the waiting period is almost 23 days.
When we checked today the latest appointment available is on March 6.

In May 2018, the appointment slots were increased to 75, but now they have been reduced to 40 which 10 short than with which it had commenced operations.

Only Normal Passport issue and re issue can be done here at the Belagavi POPSK.
